SUSAN KRAMER BACKS END CHILD POVERTY MONTH

Susan Kramer is supporting The End Child Poverty Campaign 'month of action' which starts today (October17th) and runs until 20th November - Universal Children's Day.

She has signed a House of Commons Early Day Motion supporting the initiative.

Susan Kramer said:

"Many think that Richmond Park is an affluent area but there are places locally where people live on benefits or low incomes.

"Children deserve the very best opportunities to thrive, learn and succeed. Poverty can hold them back and we must do everything we can to reduce the incidence of families living on or below the poverty line."
